Linda Clark, Executive Director
Ms. Clark has been at the helm of the Falmouth Housing Corporation since 2013. She is responsible for leading FHC and implementing the Board of Directors’ vision. Ms. Clark is responsible for the creation of new housing opportunities through inception, application, permitting and active construction; as well as all fiscal operations, employee performance, and is the external image and voice of the Falmouth Housing Corporation.

Mary Ellen Morris

Mary Ellen Morris, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Morris is responsible for all financial activities at FHC. She oversees financial reporting to various governmental and financial institutions. Ms. Morris creates and monitors financial reports, budgets, including financial forecasting and debt retirement as well as all corporate filings. Ms. Morris manages receivables, payables, staff payroll, as well as, project proformas for new housing creation.

Kathleen Botelho

Kathleen Botelho, Tenant Relations Coordinator
Ms. Botelho has worked with those at risk of homelessness in the Falmouth community since 2010. She joined the Falmouth Housing Corporation in 2015. Ms. Botelho assists tenants in the coordination of services and referrals and helps clients navigate state, local and federal programs to create a safety net, ultimately improving quality of life. Ms. Botelho also oversees the Falmouth Homelessness Prevention Program.

Anne E. Connolly

Anne E. Connolly, Compliance Director
Ms. Connolly is responsible for supervising the Compliance Department and all compliance related reporting for FHC properties and projects. The Compliance Department manages lease-up of new tenants and annual recertification of existing tenants. Ms. Connolly supervises quarterly and annual reporting and compliance management to a variety of funding sources including but not limited to federal, state, county and local agencies and government.

John Nunez
Maintenance Director
John Nunez, Maintenance Director
Mr. Nunez is responsible for supervising the Maintenance Department and maintenance projects company-wide; for over 300 units, spread across seven locations. He directs physical operations and identifies necessary upgrades, code requirement implementation, repairs, and unit turnovers. In this capacity he identifies and procures materials, and provides oversight for various maintenance activities and repairs.
