Waitlist Application
If you prefer, you may drop-off your application in our dropbox located at the FHC office, 704 Main Street, Suite D, Falmouth, MA.

Please note that there may not be staff available to answer your questions when you drop off your application.
After receiving your application, FHC staff will contact you to clarify any errors or omissions in your application and advise if you qualify for the property waitlist. If you qualify for multiple properties, you may submit multiple applications.
FHC staff will confirm receipt of your application via U.S. mail.
- We do not assign numerical order to waitlist applications, nor are we able to advise tenants where they fall on the waitlist. Every year our staff updates the waitlist and applicants confirm their ongoing interest and eligibility. Failure to update your waitlist application annually or to respond to inquiries will necessitate removal from the waitlist.
- The demand for quality affordable housing is high in our area. When your application is pulled, we will make three attempts to contact you. If you fail to respond to the FHC office promptly (within 24-48 hours) to begin the application for tenancy process, we reserve the right to interview the next candidate.
- The waitlist for each property varies however most tenants wait for three – five years before tenancy with the Falmouth Housing Corporation.
