Maintenance Requests

Routine maintenance and repairs are conducted during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm.

Tenants may contact the Maintenance Department by phone 508-540-0398, or by completing the online non-emergency request below.

Each request is documented and reviewed by the Maintenance Director, who then assigns repairs to the staff according to priority. Note that the Maintenance Department is responsible for the care and upkeep of hundreds of units in Falmouth – we ask for your patience until Maintenance has the opportunity to address your request.

Generally work order requests are prioritized according to receipt, except in the case of an emergency or special circumstance. Every effort is made by Maintenance staff to provide rapid resolution of repair requests, and most are completed within 24 hours, given availability of parts and supplies.

EMERGENCY REPAIRS / ALARMS / LOCKOUTS

For emergency repairs call the FHC Maintenance Department at 508-540-0398. After hours, follow the prompts for emergency service. Emergencies include:

  • An urgent need for an immediate repair to minimize further damage to your unit or surrounding property (i.e. flooding, heating problems, etc.).
  • Any ALARMS sounding (LEAVE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY)
  • Locked-out of your apartment, (tenants will be subject to a $75 fee).

Please remain safely nearby and be ready to receive a call back from the Emergency/On-call person in the event the responder needs more information
