This project includes eleven buildings, with a total of fifty apartments and two free standing homes. Apartment buildings are two-story, constructed in a “farm-house” architectural style with large covered porches, shingles and varied pane-windows. The buildings have an equal mix of studio, 1 and 2-bedroom units. Of the fifty total apartments, there are nine first floor visitably-accessible apartments. Apartments vary in size as each unit is unique but the studio units are 450 square feet. The1-bedroom units are approximately 580 square feet in size and the 2-bedroom apartments are roughly 735 square feet.
The two free standing ranch style homes that are eligible to rent to qualified families.
Tenants have ample on-site parking, laundry and trash facilities and significant green spaces for their enjoyment. The apartments are considered low – moderate income ranging from 50% – 80% of Area Median Income (see AMI table).
