Gifford Workforce was developed in 2019-2022 and includes twenty units of workforce housing on the Gifford Street campus in Falmouth. All apartments are 1-bedroom with a maximum occupancy of two people. The project includes four two-story buildings with painted exterior clapboard siding and multi-paned windows. Two of the buildings house six apartments and the remaining two buildings house four apartments. The apartment sizes differ slightly per unit but generally range in size from 571 -590 square feet.
Tenants have ample on-site parking, laundry and trash facilities and significant green spaces for their enjoyment. The apartments are considered low – moderate income ranging from 50% – 80% of Area Median Income (see AMI table).
